Our focus is on the development and manufacture of machines for the automated measurement and testing of components. We also design customized automation solutions to make the entire process – from feeding to processing and packaging of components – efficient and reliable. Our precision handling systems ensure that your production runs smoothly and precisely by optimally integrating the inspection processes into your existing manufacturing processes.

We develop the interface between the test station and your upstream processes. For example via

  • Robotics
  • Pick & place
  • Dedicated feed systems (linear conveyors, conveyor pots, etc.)
  • Stack palletizing systems

We are independent of the type of goods carrier, e.g. blister packs, pallets, wash baskets, etc. The connection can be purely mechanical or via the integrated PLC control to your existing production line/system.

After successful parts testing, we are happy to develop further processing steps, for example

  • Pairing of different components
  • Pressing in of pins
  • Oiling/application of lubricants/spraying with preservative, etc.

Automated labeling of components is no challenge for us. We offer:

Our systems automatically transfer the inspected and processed parts to the downstream processes.

  • Placing parts in blisters
